| Logical Data Recovery |
Logical data recovery involves retrieving loss data due to failures such as bad partitioning, reformatting, virus, failed Operating System (OS) or other software related causes. This service will require a minimum of 5 working days. We know sometimes it is so crucial that such data to be recovered immediately. Prizal provides emergency service under Prizal’s terms and conditions.

| Physical Data Recovery |
Physical data recovery is needed when media has physical failures. The procedure is very delicate and will be done by our recovery engineers. The media will be “fixed” before data can be retrieved. Donor drive(s) will be used to fix it before they can retrieve the data. Please take note, a physically damaged media may not be returned. The service will require at least 14 working days depending on the degree of the damage.

2. Send the problem media and additional storage media for us to store the recovered data to Prizal with an upfront RM 50.00 for evaluation. The evaluation is needed to identify the type of recovery before we can quote you.
3. Prizal will inform the result of the evaluation and quote you.
4. Once confirm by you the process of recovering starts.
5. Recovered data is returned after payment is made.

| Emergency Recovery Service |
Time can be an issue and we do offer Emergency Recovery Service. Emergency Recovery Service is defined as a recovery conducted after normal business hours. Recovery process takes time. Emergency case will be given the priority until the job is completed.
For after hour emergencies please call +6012 297 7392 . Normal business hours are from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Emergency Recovery Servive will be quoted by the job.
Do We Do Onsite Recoveries?
We can dispatch a Data Recovery / Data Emergency team to your site to assist you with removing or imaging your media; however, most data recoveries require our specialized clean rooms and test equipment in our lab.
