2. How long does it take for you to perform online backup?
It depends on the size of your data and your internet connection. Please note, the initial backup may take sometime but the subsequent backups will be incremental. It will backup the modified portions of the files. |
3. Can you backup while working on the computer?
Yes. You have two options. The backup can run while the computer is working. Or you have the option to do it during non working hours. We can setup the computer to automatically shutdown right after the backup. |
4. What if we needed a bigger storage than what Prizal offers?

5. I saw in the website you mentioned about NAS. What is NAS?
NAS is a Network Attached Storage. NAS is shared storage on a local area network. |

1. Help I have lost all my data in my computer?
Do not panic. Stop using your computer. Bring the hard disk to Prizal. |
2. Can you recover lost data from handphone?
Yes if the data was stored to the memory card. |
3. How long is the recovery process?
Logical recovery takes from 7 working days to 14 working days. Physical recovery will take longer time depending on your spare parts. |
4. I am still confused what is the different between logical and physical recovery?
Logical recovery is usually due to deletion, virus, formatted, lost partition and so forth. Physical recovery is complicated process whereby we have to 'fix’ your media before we can recover your data. By fixing we may need to find a spare part that is exactly like your media but the fixing is a job enough for us to recover your data. We do not guarantee that your media can work after that.

5. Do you have a cleanroom facility? I don’t want you to make further damage to my drive.
Yes. We do. We have our own cleanroom facility. We too do not want to lower our chances of recovery. |
6. I don’t know how hard disk look like? Can I just send my laptop/CPU to you?
Do not worry. With additional charge of RM 50 one way we can deliver and pickup your hard disk. This only applies to those in Klang Valley. Alternatively, you can bring the laptop/CPU to our office and we take it out for you. |
